Back Office
Each author has access to his own “Back Office” where he can order books and monitor sales.
- Each author receives a password protected Private Press Admin page to manage production, purchase copies of the title from their private bookshop at their specal price, receive free digital edition downloads, update their information and handle other business on their own title (s).
- An author may activate a public outreach page and bookshop. You provide preferences regarding the extent of Agency and of Client-Author involvement and support required. From this page you can promote special offerings, manage social networking and create resource links.
- One-time Setup we set up covers the Back Office set up. During the 3-4 week setup period, you can also be launching new titles. All production and reprint charges are price-list based. All prepublication and formatted conversion services are priced by estimate based on files received. Payment in advance either by Agency or Author. BackOffice will disburse funds according to preferences.
WORTHY SHORTS – CUSTOMWORTHY PUBLICATION CENTERS
Merrimack Media has contracted with Worthy Shorts, Inc., to provide print and digital edition production services and title management and to manage our BackOffice and distribution services. These services are specially designed to support demand publishing and provide comprehensive distribution and cash flow management. They are linked to our home page through our Merrimack Media Publication Center.
